As Kharalis’ founder and Managing Director, Roberto is responsible for defining the company’s strategy as well as growing the company’s operations. He leads the consulting team and in this role he enjoys meeting HR leaders from all industry sectors to help them clarify their strategies, choose the right technologies, define their deployment plans, and review their post-implementation adoption results to ensure their devised strategy is delivered successfully.
With almost 20 years’ experience in diverse industries such as e-learning development, new media and Internet, software development, and talent management, Roberto has spent the last 11 years managing the deployment of Talent Management suites, specialising in Learning and Performance business cases and working with companies such as Ford, Legal and General, Bupa, KLM, and Barclays. Most recently, he held the position of HRIS Global Learning Management Systems (GLMS) Manager at BP. There he supported the vendor selection process as Subject Matter Expert before becoming the group owner for the new LMS, leading the functional team to manage the operational deployment of functional GLMS activities, while providing support for BaU and issue management, as well as managing the relationship with the chosen vendor.
Roberto holds an MBA in strategy and entrepreneurship from Cass Business School. When he’s not busy travelling the world to meet with Kharalis’ clients, he loves spending time with his Australian wife and English son, talking about (and eating) food, and making music in his newly converted loft.
With an extensive background in academia and educational management, Anne has been nurturing and coaching professionals, start-ups and established companies over the last ten years helping them grow through better communication. After founding Editing Angel Ltd, acknowledging the need for better online communication, she expanded her expertise to offer social media marketing. She has successfully worked with entrepreneurs and SMEs to connect more effectively with their online audience by creating and implementing engaging, consumer-focused marketing strategies.
Anne is proud to be a part of the Kharalis team where she can continue to develop her skills as a digital marketing specialist as well as her passion for nurturing and empowering individuals, while building strong and honest relationships with clients and stakeholders. She is excited to take up the challenge of leading the engagement and growth of the members of the Kharalis community.
When Anne isn’t tweeting or blogging, you’ll either find her under a pile of unfinished craft projects, concocting something in the kitchen to feed her family and friends, madly scooting after her young son, or dreaming about a world free from longwinded, unclear communication.
Roberto helped with requirements of definition, analysis, configuration and post-Go Live support for a Performance Management implementation to 70,000 staff across 6 business units. Very happy with the results.
